Nový QGIS 2.12 na světě a první verze učebnice od GISmentors také

Asi před měsíce byla vydána další (2.12) stabilní verze populárního open-source GIS s názvem QGIS Lyon. Jak již je u nedávných verzí zvykem, i tentokrát je verze (stabilní je vždy sudá), pojmenována po městě či jiném geografickém prvku. Číselně liché verze, tedy 2.11 či nastávající 2.13 jsou tzv. vývojářské verze. Podle harmonogramu prací by měla další stabilní verze vyjít v únoru 2016.

QGIS 2.12 Lyon přináší oproti předchozím verzím opět řadu vylepšení, které je možné prostudovat s changelogu. Zde uvádíme jen seznam hlavních změn:
